What is timed entry and why is it used?

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, SPark uses timed entry to manage crowd flow.

Each ticket includes an entry time, which indicates when you may begin entering the marketplace.

You may enter anytime after the time shown on your ticket and stay for as long as you like until closing.

What are the entry times?

Saturday

Entry times: 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM
Last entry: 3:00 PM
Event closes at 5:00 PM

Sunday

Entry times: 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM
Last entry: 2:00 PM
Event closes at 4:00 PM

⛔ Entry before your ticket time is not permitted.

Can I re-enter if I leave?

Yes! Re-entry is allowed.
Please keep your wristband or lanyard on at all times for re-entry.

What happens if I arrive early?

If you arrive before your ticket’s entry time, we kindly ask that you wait until your designated entry time.
This helps us keep the event calm and enjoyable for everyone.

Does admission include workshops?

Admission tickets (including VIP tickets) grant access to the marketplace only.

Workshops require separate registration and do not require a marketplace admission ticket.
Workshop schedules and registration details will be announced separately.

Does my child need to pay for admission?

Children under 13 years old may enter for free when accompanied by a paying adult.

Free entry applies to admission only
Children must remain supervised at all times

What is the ticket cancellation policy?

All tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable.

Workshop tickets are non-refundable unless the instructor cancels the workshop.
Please contact us if you need to transfer a workshop ticket.

Are strollers allowed?

No. Strollers are not permitted at this event.

Please note:

There is no stroller parking or storage
There is no elevator to the second floor
For safety and crowd flow, all strollers must remain outside the venue

Baby carriers are welcome and strongly recommended.

Is parking available?

Yes. There are multiple city parking structures in the area, including one located next to the venue.

Please note:

City parking structures offer free parking for the first 90 minutes
After 90 minutes, standard city parking rates apply
Street parking with meters is also available nearby

We recommend allowing extra time to park and walk to the venue, especially during peak entry hours.

Can I bring my drink and lunch?

Water is allowed.

Please note:

Water must be sealed or in a spill-proof bottle
No outside food is permitted
No other beverages are allowed inside the venue

This helps protect vendors’ products and keeps the space safe and clean for everyone.

Can I bring my pet?

For everyone’s safety and comfort, pets are not permitted at the event.(Service animals are always welcome.)
