Where is it going to be?
Pen Paper Palooza will be held at Santa Monica Bay Woman's Club.
The address is 1210 4th St., Santa Monica, CA

Unfortunately, the venue is NOT accessible. (If you are in a wheelchair, and would like to come see just 1st floor of the market place, please contact PenPaperPalooza@gmail.com.
And yes, Santa Monica is within Los Angeles County!
What's up with timed entry?
To ensure a SAFE, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone, Pen Paper Palooza will have timed entry slots to help manage crowd flow in the marketplace. Each ticket holder is welcome to come in anytime between the timed entry hours and stay as long as they wish. However, if the event becomes too crowded, we may kindly ask those who entered during earlier time slots to exit the marketplace, to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees. PLEASE make sure you get your hand stamped, and come back later on the same day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making this event a great experience for everyone!
Does admission include workshops?
Admission tickets, including VIP tickets are only good for market place. For workshops, you don't need to buy admission tickets to attend, but you will need to sign up when the schedule is available mid March.
What's included in VIP tickets?
A VIP ticket holders are entitled to early entry, enter the market place any time of the day as long as it's not too crowded, stay all day, and on both days. A VIP ticket comes with a special Pen Paper Palooza bag filled with a limited edition event ink, pens, paper, and stationery goodies and a lanyard! If you can't make it on the first day, we will save your bag for you for the second day. Tickets are non refundable.
Does my kid need to pay for admission?
If your child is under 13, and she/he is with you or another paying adult, it's free! But free only imply to the admission price! Please make sure they are not FREE, wandering around by themselves!

Ticket cancellation policy?
There will be NO REFUND ON PURCHASED TICKETS, but they are transferable.

For workshops, they are not refundable, unless the instructor cancel the workshop. Please contact us if you need to transfer your workshop tickets.

What if I miss workshop?
Unfortunately, if you miss the workshop, there will be no refund. If there are any supplies that's included in the class fee, you can come collect them from the instructor.
Can I bring a stroller?
Umbrella stroller, maybe? It depends on how crowded the market place is. Also, there is no elevator to 2nd floor. You may want to use your Bjorn if your baby is light enough.

No large strollers are allowed inside the building, and we won't have any space to store them for you.
Parking?
There're many public parking structures in the area, including the one next to the venue. First 90 minutes is free.
I bought a 2:30 entry ticket, can I come at 12?
If you bought a ticket for 2:30 entrance, that's when we are expecting you to get in to the market place. If you have a workshop earlier than that time, you are let in to the workshop rooms, but not in the market place till near your entry slot.
Can I bring my furry baby?
We don't think your furry babies enjoy stationery as much as you do. They will be much happier staying at home on their comfy beds
Can I bring my drink and lunch?
Yes! You can bring your drink as long as it is sealed tightly. Market place is just like a store. We don't want any accidents! You can also bring your lunch! We will have some tables in the lot right next to Santa Monica Bay Woman's Club, and across the street at Santa Monica Playhouse patio area. PLEASE keep it tidy!
